A highly respected and accomplished Director and Advisor, Sonya Beyers was appointed as the Chair of the Board of the VSRBSA on 1 January 2023.
Sonya is the Founding Director of Governance by Design, a consultancy providing a range of organisations with client-focused, high-quality governance advisory and education services. As an experienced board advisor, she provides her practical governance advisory and strategic, solutions-oriented approach to the Board.
With corporate lawyer experience also, Sonya is able to troubleshoot complex constitutional and legal issues.
Sonya is a Fellow and accredited facilitator of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.
